Yes, I suspect there might be. Is it a good or safe tactic to approach a stranger, especially in that heated of an environment and ask them if they’re armed? What possible benefit arises? What downside exists? How might the stranger react? How would you react?
I see quite a few good...
Sorry, nope
You don't walk up to random strangers and ask them if they're heeled. I wouldn't think "Oh here's a like minded individual who's here to let me know I'm printing" I'd think "Is this whackjob about to jump me?"
Don't get in my bubble, don't try to whisper sweet gun nothings in...
I think it's been aluded to but to state it clearly It depends on the manufacturer. RIA, Springfield, Dan Wesson, Colt no problem. Llamma, not so much
And FYI to those who haven't picked up on it an 18Z is a Special Forces 1st SGT. I think the man knows his business

I agree that a supervised range...
I feel like an anti for saying this but rampart was unsafe. It had made some improvement the last time I was there but there were still people with no idea of range safety showing up and they weren’t going to listen to anyone asking them to practice range safety. The last time I was there a...
Apparently not
In Colorado you are required to inform IF ASKED. The actual statute says surrender your permit upon demand but I take that to mean if they ask if I'm carrying I tell them.
Beyond that I never answer questions the police aren't asking
