I would be a little worried about using my gun again if it jammed on me like that. Even if it is a mag problem. Just a mind thing with me.

My pocket has my keys, wallet, and a extra mag depending on what holster I have at the time.

If I have to pull out my gun then I'm going to shoot to kill. If I don't kill but the threat stop then I will stop shooting. Plain and simple.

You will be fine with a 9mm. If you don't fill positive about a 9mm, go with a .45. Just remember that a .45 = huge cost for ammo.

In Michigan, the law states that I can't have it in a dormitory or classroom of a college or university but I can have it in the parking lot. But thats only in MI. Also you may want to check with your school to see if you can leave it inside your car. Mines don't allow me too but I don't care LOL.
