One book you could recommend to a noob reloader

Both books came in today. Did cursory browse of both of them. Looks like a lot of info, but nothing I can't handle. Thanks for the help on this, folks. Appreciate it.

One book you could recommend to a noob reloader

Thanks folks. I just bought both. ;) The ABC's will be in sooner than the Lyman's, which it sounds like is just fine.

One book you could recommend to a noob reloader

I'm considering getting into this specific section of shooting sports. I know very little about reloading, and I'm leaning on folks who have experience in it. If you could recommend reloading one book to a newbie, which book would it be?

    Balance: Carry and Fun

Well... it took me longer than a couple weeks. Life's financial constraints stepped into the path and prevented me from picking up a gun until recently. I went with a Springfield XD45 Tactical Compact. Got it through Texasguntrader.com from a local guy at a great price. Working on getting...

    Balance: Carry and Fun

Thanks for all the input. I appreciate y'all taking time out to offer advice. After reading info from a few different forums, looking details up on line, and some hands-on research, I am almost completely set on the Springfield XD-45C. Of all the guns I've looked at and held in my hand, it...

My New S&W Sigma .40 review

I have a Sigma 9mm. It's my very first pistol. I have zero problems with the strong trigger, but I'm a bigger guy with big hands and it doesn't bother me at all. My friend John hates it, but he's a bit of a whiner so... whatever ;) (if he's reading this, "John, I'm kidding!") He gripes about the...

DasFriek, the PT145 is on the short list of possible candidates. I've had my eye on it for awhile.

    Balance: Carry and Fun

Yeah, I definitely plan on renting a few different semi-autos before I choose. We have a couple rental ranges in the Austin area. Right now, I'm just gathering feedback so I know which ones to narrow the rental choices down to. I appreciate y'all's input. Thank you!

    Balance: Carry and Fun

Looking for a balance of two major things in new handgun. Currently waiting for my CHL to come in, and I'm trying to decide what to carry. I currently have a S&W Sigma 9mm, but not going to use that as my carry. I obviously want a compact/subcompact, and I have settled on two calibers... .40...

    .22LR Pistol Suggestions

I have a Walther P22, but I don't use it for snakes... and it's above $300 most places. I love it for plinking though, and it's one of the best looking .22's I've seen.
