RCBS RC Supreme VS Dillon 550B

++++1 on the single stage! RC has hit the nail on the head in my case by saying, "start on a single stage." I might look into a progressive for handguns, but I love my rock crushter and it may take alittle longer to reload than a progressive....but the process is what I really enjoy. Time is...

Your experience with the Smith and Wesson M&P series

I have a MP Pro 9. 500+ rounds and nothing but perfection. The five inch barrelis great. My brother has MP 45 and I fell in love with the MP after shooting his numerous times, finaly had to have one and got my Pro 9. The fiber sight up front is excellent, boy does it pop in low light...

    Kahr CW9

Kahr breakin offically completed. The CW 9 was completely flawless ;) I am going to be looking into a wrap for the grip, but other than that, the action has improved and is definetly a gun that will be used. Kahr has created a great gun for the price. Now if my extra mags would show up soon...

223 Rem powder H335 vs Varget

Varget with 55g psp's has been good shooting, but can't complain with the good ol 748. Reloader 10x, and BL-C2 is also very good powder. The AR likes the 55g bullets with Varget, but the model 11 bth likes Varget with heavier bullets 60g+.

    Kahr CW9

Sprink268 200 rounds before you do what? It clearly says in the manual to break down before first use, and as with all my guns they go through a 50 round breakin, which involves alot of tear down clean and oil. I can't make it to the range today, but tomorrow will be a day of alot of...

    Kahr CW9

As far as stoppage, i would say about 4 so far. The shell not completely ejecting 6 to 8 times. I make sure to keep it oiled and am very anal on cleaning so I don't believe its a problem due to being dirty. We'll see how things go this afternoon. I'll post more on it after the range today or...

Can't make a decision on 9mm range gun!

I am new to handguns, but my SW mp pro 9mm sure is accurate. 450+ rounds through it and lovin every bit of it. On another note, I am like many fortunate souls that are unemployed, but have lots of time, ammo, and acouple of new hand guns to play with. My decision on the 2 latest purchases...

    Meet my first Kahr.

Love the Kahr I just asked some what of the same ?s on a new post should have read alittle farther down on yours! Love the gun, but wow, that slide is very tight on mine just the same. I bought new, and don't have 100+ through it yet, so next week i ll definetly get acouple hundred more...

    Kahr CW9

Just bought a new Kahr CW9 and was wondering how many rounds it takes to really loosen up. This gun was Tight out of the box for initial break down, understandable, but after 50 + rounds still tight? Totally been a different breakin compared to my MP pro 9. The cw9 manual said 100round break...

    Exploded Diagrams

Hey, seeing all the nice blow ups! Just wondering if u can find one for a S&W MP pro 9mm. I just went to the big gun show in MN last weekend and purchased my first hand gun. Less than 48 hrs into it, breakin is completed and about 100+ round run perfectly through it:) Nothin like a new gun!!!

    AR and H4198

I have been reloading Rem 7 1/2 s and haven't had a slamm fire in 1000+. Ole farmer, BL-C2 has been a pretty decent powder in the DPMS AR, and of course Varget. I ll keep listening in on your questions, still learning:banghead:

    Powder residue on shell

As far as moving to a heavier bullet, i have a 1:9 so do i go with a 60, 62 or do i make a jump 2 a bullet that is in that 68 grains area. Isn't that pushing it 4 the twist i have? Well, I appreciate all the info given, I need to finish off working up the 55 s and then move on! First, and...

    Powder residue on shell

Just wondering if it is common to have have powder residue left on the neck of the shell after firing? I am loading .223 with 748 middle of the road charge , Hornady PSPw/cannalure bullets. Not willing to keep working up the load with this happening. My Varget and 10x loads...

    ? re: primer usage

Paradox, what kind of SR primers are not recomended in .223. I'm still learning alot every day. As for SP primers I saw quite a few bricks last time I was in to my local dealer and they had more showing up as i was on my way out! Patients is a virtue that is learned, so I am still...

Where are there primers for sale?

Scheels stores in the mid west have had them in for about 2 weeks now. It depends on what you want, and how many! They each sell so many per customer and what do ya know they still have some in stock each day!
