    The spokesperson for the DC AG corrected the report and said that MPDC had updated their web page and until and if a stay is granted, DC will not require a good reason to issue a permit. But MPDC is telling applicants to expect the full 90 days for processing. Gives them plenty of wiggle room...

    Then 11 lb limit is not a hard and fast policy among all airlines As an example last I checked Alaska Airlines allowed 50 lbs. For hunters I assume check the airline web site as they determine weight limits, not the FAA or TSA.

    Anyone's guess IMO. Hopefully they will agree strict scrutiny is the appropriate level of review for a fundamental right. but who knows.
