I load 1omm for a Delta & a 1006. If you want high perf. loads you need slower powder like AA#9 or BlueDot. You can go jacketed or lead, but if you are going to exceed 1300fps I suggest jacketed. 10.5grBlueDot o/ 180grjhp should get you in the 1250fps range.

TR, as other have said, you need a bit slower powder for the heavier 300gr bullets. I load 16.5gr H2400 under 300grLFP for just under 1000fps in my 4 5/8"BH. I used to have a S&WM25 in .45colt & suggest you only feed it target loads for long term use. Standard 45colt will do in that rev. Try...
