I want to put a fiber optic front sight on my EAA Witness Elite Match, but am having a hard time finding any that say they will fit. Any Suggestions?

Not an LEO, but I travel out of state a lot. It's ridiculous that I can carry in 30+ states but not my own, but we are working on changing that.

I was given 2 lbs of HP-38. I can't seem to find any load data using the HP-38 and 147gn 9mm luger Black Bullets International bullets. Any suggestions for a starting load? I know this isn't the best combination of powder/bullet but I'd hate to waste the powder. Thanks for any help you can give.

Mailed my Florida Non-resident permit on December 26, 2008 and recieved my permit this week.
