binary

I am starting my second AR build. I like the idea of a binary trigger, but I have been doing some research on forced reset and now I am totally confused. Help. Pros? Cons?

I have heard of these but never actually seen one in person, didn't know if it actually worked. Well it definitely worked and I think I want one.
