So I got my new dies the other day and was setting them all up for .45 acp. Everything went as expected until I got to the crimp station and setup the Lee FCD. I have a few other FCD's for other calibers and have never run into this before, and wanted to make sure this was normal...

I own a 38 LC from 1895 (.375) and I would like to try heeled bullets with it. I have the dies for the .359 hollow base reloading.
I've seen on Track of the Wolves website pages suggesting a Remington 35 Factory Crimp die will work to crimp 38 LC heeled bullets :

I am using the 3 standard Lee dies (not the factory crimp die) and occasionally I get one that will not fit the cylinder. Should I put all the 38/357 through the factory crimp die?
I am using a S&W model 60-15 J Frame 3". The OAL in within factory specs.
Any ideas?
