The serial number is 18XXXX so I assume this was built early in the 1930's. I do not know why it appeals to me, but I have been thinking of learning to shoot a shotgun (skeet, trap or whatever) well enough to not embarrass myself if I go bird hunting with my son-in-law so I was looking around...
