Depends what's currently on "the list." Could be cleaning or reloading supplies or deposit on a gun that has to be ordered. I never feel richer than when I have a few hundred in discretionary funds in the wallet and am looking for only a 20 or 30 dollar item that I really want at the time. ("Hell, I could buy six of these without blinking.") Much more so than when I'm making a much larger purchase, but have to root for nickels under the car seat to get a soda for the ride home. (I've never detailed this feeling to the wife, as she's always prepared with a more responsible way to spend the cash. Dental co-pay indeed! Wake up and smell the Hoppe's, woman.)
