Go over to glocktalk and look up the 10mm loading page. At the top there is a bunch of data and search there.

Just keep in mind that most of us over there are loading hot rounds and we call them Nuclear loads. They are quite warm and need to be approached with caution. They are well documented though.

One of the things you'll hear first is that if you're handloading, and want proper (hot) 10mm loads, you want to start out with an aftermarket supported barrel. I like Glocks, but IMO handloading for their stock barrel isn't a great idea unless you're using book loads & only new brass.

Please get some books. Lyman and Hornady's offering come to mind. Start working up loads.

It is true many of us 10mm shooters do end up with very hot loads and accurate loads. We work them up taking into account our brass, chambers, shooting and reloading skills.
