The look on the girls face when dad gave her the elapsed time is Priceless. Awesome job.

I remember seeing this on youtube.

Some geniuses decided to leave comments...yeah...lots of those geniuses on youtube...it must be hard, educating us poor, uneducated folks about the truth about this stuff...

That is really quick. Is that a full function check at the end? Not that I would know what a full function check looks like, but is it?

I can picture in my minds eye in another 11 years this same cute kid screaming at new recruits at Quantico.

    Good Job!

    Proof!!

    ...

That many of the gun manufacturers need to start hiring "the young" as she clearly demonstrates, joy, care, a desire to ~ get it right every time ~ , and room for lots of growth for further advancements.. by means of "effort thru desire"

    Well done,

    Ls

That wasn't a full function check.

Its posted on youtube by someone named Gixxerguy811.

We have Gixerman1000 here who has a few guns. The youtube guy posted a few other vids and he looks to be around the same age as our Gixerman1000, according to his profile.

    Could be him.

If it is the same guy, and you see this Gixerman, tell your daughter that she's freakin' awesome!

    well done !!!!

As an athletic coach I have always taken great joy in putting young people into challenging situations and watching them succeed.

You can see the reward that comes from practice, perseverance and parental involvement.

Kids like this will continue to good things with their life. I doubt this young lady will end up getting into drug, have a child at 16, etc.....her parents deserve a little pat on the back as well.

I hope my daughters are that fast when they are that age.

The only problem was that she didn't clear the weapon first, this should always be the first step in field stripping.

    Nicely done though!!!!!!

Well Done to the star of the video and Well Done to her parents. She'll go far with the kind of commitment and tenacity that it took to become that good.

Her name is McKensie, and Gixxerguy811 is her dad.
He posted a series of videos featuring her on YouTube.
    I like this one best:

By the way, she's having a lot of malfunctions.
At first I thought her dad might have inserted some snap-caps in her magazines, but now I don't think so.
What IS that pistol, and why the malfs?

I noticed that too. I'm guessing it's due to limp wristing. She just doesn't have the wrist strength and the body weight behind them to deal with a full strength recoil spring. The fact that she is moving doesn't help obviously, she doesn't have her feet set and can't lean into the shot as easily.
