1860 Army comparison

Last week, shot the fluetted 1860 Army with 457 balls, bigiron /gatofeo wads and 30 gr/vol of pyrodex P. this week, we took another revolver, identical in every way except it was made in 1980 and shot the same load.
Last weeks revolver averaged the load at 931 fps. This one averaged 899. It's the sort of variation you come to expect one revolver to the next.

Bates shot this group from a moderately casual rest at 25 yards:

the first gun is a stainless 1860 from the colt reissue in the 70s. the second is my fluetted Uberti.
