Hi there, bdb benzino

They are made in Italy and come with a total of 4 Magazines, they shoot really well, even for a left handed person, cheers from down under.

I have seen many beautiful and functional grips on 1911s, but wooden double-diamonds 'just seem to belong'...
The grips and the gun seem to be meant for each other.

Change Is Good

and with the arrival of the "other" 45, i.e., gl**k 21, the Combat Commander is shedding it's really nice Pachmayr wraparounds and the DDs are going back on. I have my eye on some beautiful variations - much like yours Grant. Or maybe all of them... They're like women, all beautiful in their own way... and they don't neuter you and take everything you own... ;)

My Kimber Custom II that I bought several months ago came with the black rubber grips. They are now sporting checkered rosewood double diamonds. They look fantastic on this gun. I took a pic, but can't find the cable to put the pics on here. Once I do I will post them.

If your gonna say the DD grips are "old school", do ya think a man made product would look good on this 96 year old?
