Just got this from my FFL this morning and I didn't see anything on the first few pages of search. Mod's if this is already in session please lock.

Beat to death already over the last couple of weeks. Kirk is up for reelection and this is pandering to his donors.

It won't leave committee. These get proposed several times a year so the politician involved can claim to be "doing something".

Of course they always bear keeping an eye on, but this one is so bad it won't survive.
