Please post your hunting kills for the 2020/21 season here. All form of hunting from birds to bears welcome. Good luck out there!

I'll start with my little basket racked 8 point.
20 yards
Supressed Savage 10 .308
Double lung with a good blood trail and a 75 yard death run 20201018_191325.jpg

This is starting out as a great year on the farm that I hunt. It is absolutely loaded with does. I learned a long time ago that where the does are is where the bucks will be. Last month I could ride my atv less than a mile and see 20 head. So far I've taken a doe and a buck with my bow and a doe with my muzzleloader. This buck was on my cull list. He gave me a 20 yard broadside shot and the Muzzy put him down within 60 yards.
You can see where the broadhead is bulging the hide in the top picture. It went through both shoulders. IMG_20201107_163858081.jpg IMG_20201107_165910033.jpg

Elk, single shot at twenty feet, double lung, razor blade on the end of a stick.

The big island of Hawaii. I dont think hogs would make it on kodiak, someone tried it once in southeast Alaska somewhere and the only lasted a couple years.
Probably not, some of the largest ones I've seen were up above treeline on Maunakea, but I cant imagine they would do really well in those conditions all the time......never know tho.

Thanks, I can't gripe too much considering I've drawn tags for the last 4 seasons. Our last season we had tag soup because of unexpected life events that didn't allow us to get out hunting.

This 6-point and his girlfriend showed up with 10 minutes of shooting light left as I was packing out of my tree stand. I reloaded the Ruger #1 .270 Winchester with a Remington 130 grain Power Point, clipped the lung, aorta, and broke his spine (you can see the exit) at 60 yards, DRT. The doe called me a dirty name and went back into the woods. The landowner is a friend, helped me pack him out on a 4-wheeler, dressed him out, and he was in the packing house cooler an hour and a half later. Our freezer is low on venison so this fat fellow will be remembered fondly.
