20ga 1100 gas system parts

I'm trying to replace the piston, piston seal, and barrel seal on my dad's 20ga Remington 1100. I can find the barrel seal in stock but the piston and piston seal in 20 ga are either nonexistent or backordered. I've checked Brownells and Midway and I seem to suck at googling right now.

If anyone knows where I can find these parts I would be very grateful. We have a big outing planned for next weekend and I could really use some help, thanks.

If I understand my Remington's correctly, you may first need to determine which 20ga 1100 you have - they made several 20ga 1100 variants with differing receiver sizes and I do not know how that difference extends to the mag tube and the gas parts at the end of it...

Did you lose some of the parts... the o-ring is the most widely replaced part in the gas system. I've replaced many o-rings with my 20 ga 1100, but nothing else.
