Just a quick question. I finally ordered my new rifle and ammo by going to my LGS. I had to go through my LGS to order it because according to Centerfire Systems, I had to be 21 to order both the ammo and rifle. Is there a law that makes it 21 to order ammo and the rifle or is that just their policy? Someone enlighten me please?

It would be very helpful if your description were a bit more clear. You say..."...I had to go through them to order it because according to their website..."

I assume "them" is the Local Gun Shop, but who is "their"? Does the LGS have a website that wouldn't allow you to order, or was it some other entity? Who specifically would not allow you to order via web?

Just their policy. No Federal statute prohibiting it. Since the rifle had to go through an FFL anyway, I don't know what their problem could be.

Well navy there is
to be a FFL you have to be 21 as you will gain access to handguns
so... to order a gun and have it delivered to yourself...

otherwise no

I should have been more specific, it would be going through an FFL anyway but I couldn't order it to be shipped to my FFL in the first place and I couldn't order the ammo either.

Is the ammo in a caliber that is more commonly used in a handgun? At Wally World for example, they won't sell .38 Special, 9mm, .44 Mag etc ammo to someone under 21 even if it's for a rifle. It's company policy for some reason.
