Lt. Col. Bart Sauter was just named Precision Shooting's Benchrest Shooter of the Year for 2003.

This is the fellow who, along with his wife (his son Heath is still too small to work the presses...), produces the Bart's Custom Bullets that you see in Sinclair's catalog. These bullets also took the top three places at the Supershoot.
