I have a 270 but no factory ammo for spec. Be aware that COAL will vary between brands and even between bullet styles of the same brands. Boat tail bullets will usually be longer than flat based bullets and show a slightly different COAL in factory ammo.
If you are seating bullets that you have reloaded, and they have the crimping cannelure in the bullet, just seat to the cannelure, but no crimp is needed.
If you're using bullets with no cannelure, then all I can recommend is to look at www.hodgdon.com and select the dimension listed for a similar bullet. It can vary from 3.180" to 3.340" depending on bullet style.
I hope it helped with your question.
