3" K frame love

I'm laid up in my home office with COVID so I thought I would be productive. I made this IWB holster for my 3" model 64 yesterday. The basketweave OWB was made last year for my 2" model 15 with a standard hammer. I just wetformed it to fit the 3" with a bobbed hammer. Fits good and gave me something to do. I love this gun.

If you have a few leather tools and time, you can tinker and make stuff too. I'm not a pro but enjoy making things fit my needs.

Nice work. I was considering giving it a try for some SAs for my grandkids. I chickened out and just ordered them.
Maybe some time I'll give it a try.

Nice work on both. I particularly like that Askins Avenger style OWB. I've never found a design that conceals as well. They pull the butt in even tighter than pancake holsters.

I agree on the OWB pulling the butt in towards the body well. I didn't know the pattern I mimicked. Works well. Thanks!
