IMR 3031 seems to work really well.

I use IMR4198 and 3031 in my model 94 in .32 Win Spec (glorified .30-30) pushing a 170 grain bullet.

The gun is more accurate then I am.

BL-C2 for me. Does anyone else use this powder for 30-30? Great velocity and low pressure. Just work your load until your grouping at a 100!
