.30 Carbine 110 gr bullet length?

    I've been to the Hornady, Berry's and Sierra web sites and cannot find this info. I would like to know how long the typical 110 grain round nose bullet is for the .30 M1 carbine.

    Not the entire round, just the bullet.

    My old Remington .30 Cal 110 Gr SP's are .640, if that helps. Not surprising the FMJ is a little longer.

    It can vary from different manufactures depending on the contour of the nose of the bullet. Kind of like the opposite ends of an egg.
