whats a guy need in spare parts etc/ AND when cleaning pay aten to what?,,,,

Get a set of Go / No Go gauges and check head space. Check the chamber for erosion. As far as spare parts go pick up a bolt and trigger assembly parts. Small parts and springs can break or get lost. The Carbine is a sturdy rifle but the USGI models are 60+ years old.
