$300 NRA life membership

Someone recently sent me an email about the $300 life membership. If anyone needs sponsorship, just send me a PM. I'll give you my membership # and email.

The NRA is going to need all the help they can get I think.

Amen to that!

It's ironic in that we have never had so many "gun rights" as currently exists while simultaneously never before facing such a TREMENDOUS onslaught/threat against those very rights (*from within our own Country led by Obama and Internationally via the UN*).

Please join the NRA in the fight to maintain our Second Amendment Freedoms.

I just did this a few days ago. The $300 deal is still available - just call and ask.
That's a CHRISTMAS PRESENT if I've ever heard of one (in particular now that we need numbers as never before!). Like Longknife12 mentioned above, all of the Life Members posted in the thread here (myself included) are chomping at the bit to help out. PLEASE do not hesitate to PM or post for the needed sponsorship information (which obviously has also already been posted throughout this voluminous thread).

Let's Band together and get some serious numbers by Christmas or New Year's Day!

PM sent for sponsor request. I am new to this board but not to the rights of sportsman and gun owners. I am an active NRA basic member and active within our community and local gun club (which is 100% NRA) supporting our God given rights. The NRA is going to need our support now more than ever.

bklee,

Just to be clear, you already sent someone a PM or you need a PM sent?

All of my PM's have been answered to date.
Please understand that PT92, myself, & others are not doing this for any monetary gain. I am not a recruiter, just someone who cares about this cause.

Thanks to PT92 for his info - I just signed up as a life member. I didn't do anything in '94 and I'm not making that mistake again.

Ala, I just pm'd you. No where do they need my full name and complete address. Nancy at Members Services can talk you through this. My number and zip is all you will need.

Congrats 2KYDS!

Your comments above speak volumes and hopefully will help to bring others on board!

You just can't reiterate this enough (and I won't even pardon myself from my own redundancy), in that we NEED more members now than EVER! The Life Membership savings is remarkable and hopefully we will continue to see people step forth and take advantage of this. However let's face it, times are tough so if you are not a member you can sign up for $35 or less and if you are an existing annual member you can renew early--It's all the same and equally valuable to our cause.

Just signed up!

Dan, I guess the second time's the charm!

Thank you for your sponsorship. I had been kicking around the idea of joining (both the NRA and THR), and this thread is just what I needed.

Jason, depending on which person you speak to on the phone they may ask for additional information such as a "sponsor's" last name and/or email address. Hence the reason why I have said to PM me in a previous post and I will happily provide this information. I'd just rather not have it in an open forum.
As PT92 has said, even if you don't become a lifetime member, at least join the NRA for $35. We need you!

I just called the NRA and the woman I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. She said they have no offers going and this must be an internet rumor. I will try again.

cvoharley, I got a different person the second time I called and they let it go through with the same info that the first person wouldn't. She did get on the phone and was obviously conferring with her supervisor, who probably gave the authorization. My question is, why would the NRA want to turn down people willing to give them money at a time like this?

Alabama21, I can't speak for cvharley but I can tell you that I don't think they are "turning you down" it's just that they don't seem to (apparently) all be on the 'same page' in terms of the Life Membership for $300 Plan. Honestly, I've been a Lifer for ten years now and I have never heard of such a thing (previously the lowest Life Membership I have seen offered was the periodic Christmas-time $500 special). I agree with you though that there does not seem to be a 'clearly defined Life Membership $300 'advertised' Plan available and honestly I can not believe it's still in effect--that said, as long as it's there let's do it!
