Where can I find the bolt that attaches the butt plate to a British* 303 MK V Jungle carbine. My Dad put a long bolt with two nuts on it 30 years ago. I have no Idea what it is suppose to look like or be,and I want to put the only non 303 part back on the rifle, to as close to original as possible. A photo of the original would also be good.

The lower screw? Gunparts lists a Buttplate Frame Screw at $4.10 each. $1.70 each for the butt plate screws. Item No. 522090P
Don't know why they call it an SMLE though. It's not. It's a No. 5 rifle. They call a No. 4 Rifle an SMLE too. Mind you, so does Marstar, up here, and they should know better.

Hi. It the one on the bottom of the stock? I think that's the Buttplate Frame Screw. Kind of pricey for a screw, but at least you can get one. There's a picture of it on Gunparts site too.
A buddy's uncle used a No. 5 for moose hunting for eons. He lived way the hell up in Northern Ontario. Good guy. Sadly both of 'em are dead now.

Thanks, they had it in stock, I also found a few other things, cause you just cant order one thing for $1.70. They had everything except a new front sight for an old Remington Model 10-A.
