308 Factory vs Hand Load Question

Unfortunately, Varget has been in short supply around here since before I bought my reloading equipment back in March.

I double checked the Hodgden load data and the range for IMR 4064 is 41.5 to 45.6 grains. These are not compressed loads, though the hunting loads were slightly compressed with the 180 grain bullets.
