.308 Good or Bad?

I agree with all of the praise, but I wouldn't think of it as a varmint round, though. What the heck are you using on the game?

I can't think of anything bad that you could say about .308 and be honest about it.

The only commercial rifles I own are chambered in .308 (well, save for my AR-15s).

I have HK G3 and building an FN FAL. The .308 is a great round. Capable of being a very accurate medium range round and can be bought in bulk mil-surp.
