.308 Mauser K98?

As others have stated, the Israelis rebarreled a great many Mauser 98s to 7.62x51. I picked up an FN with a pristine bore for 90 bucks back in 1980s. Converted it to scout configuration and with hard cast boolits it is a tack driver with heavy boolits at just over 2,000 fps.
