I picked up 5000 158gr jhp bullets for my marlin 357...Can these heads also be used for a marlin 35 rem enen tho my reloading book calls for a bullet sized 358?

Don't know why not. I used to load similarly sized lead bullets for plinking loads.

    Yup.
Old editions of Speer showed load data for revolver bullets in .35 Remington. I don't know if they still do.

I've done this a fair bit to come up with affordable plinking loads, with no issues. Just be sure not to use them on good-sized game, since you'll be driving the 357Mag bullets a fair bit faster than they were intended to go.
