I agree you should be using a slower powder especially with those heavy bullets. Bullseye is a very fast powder and I feel it will not do a good job for you especially since you want to shoot out to 100 yards. There are many good powders suitable for use in the .357 Magnum. The list includes 2400, AA#9, W296/H110, Lil'Gun, IMR4227 and a few others.

If you're looking for .38 Special +P type loads in a .357 Magnum case try using Unique, AA#5, HS-6, Power Pistol, True Blue, Universal, Longshot and a handful of others in the same burn rate range...
 
I have a 45 Colt rifle and revolver.
The can both shoot the same load.
But the rifle has an oversized Limbsaver recoil pad.
The revolver is kicking me more directly.

They may have to go their separate ways.
