.357 SIG in the CZ 40P

I believe SIG and Glock offer the ability to change out the 40 S&W barrel for a .357 SIG. Is the CZ 40P able to do the same?

Bar-sto used to sell a 357sig barrel for the CZ40B. I'm not sure what the differences between the CZ40B and CZ40P are though. Same slide and barrel isn't it?

The slide on the P is the decocker model and the B has the safety cut outs. The barrels are the same...except the P is black. Bla bla bla
