I bought this used Knight Wolverine.
What makes it desirable to me is that it's .36 caliber, uses an #11 percussion cap, has a very comfortable & ergonomic thumbhole stock and a really nice trigger.
I forgot to take a picture of it when I had it assembled but here's the picture from the ad that led me to buy it.
The bipod and scope were not included.
The original owner reported shooting really good groups with it at 50 yards using saboted .311 bullets, and I'm pretty sure that it will also shoot patched round balls fairly well too.
Connecticut has a special small game muzzle loader season which only allows up to .36 caliber muzzle loading rifles shooting a round ball to be used on state lands. Otherwise only rimfire cartridges and shotguns are allowed. But since the .22 magnum cartridge is excluded from use, that makes the .36 caliber muzzle loader the small game hunting "powerhouse" on all of Connecticut's state lands! :)

Together with this .36 caliber Kahnke pistol, they're like having an unmatched set.

Thanks for posting this Arcticap, I never knew that Knight offered the Wolverine in .36 cal.
I hope you will post a range report for the prb's when you can.
I bet that Kahnke shoots as good as it looks.
