anyone have a recipe for CCI shot capsules with American Select powder? How many grains of shot should be used?

You just fill up the capsules with as much shot as you can stuff in without breaking them, and the smaller the shot, the better. I use #9 shot for my loads.

I've had the best results using Unique for shot capsules, so I can't help you with the other powder. There should be recipes on the box the capsules came in and Accurate Arms list a load for them in their loading manual.
