.40 S&W Beretta CX4 Storm

I have a .40 S&W Beretta CX4 Storm I am looking to get rid of. My wife is making me trade toy for toy now. I currently live in Maryland and was wondering if anyone could suggest a selling price. I was thinking around $500. I have looked around here and they are selling for much higher at the shops, however if I take it in to the shops they want to rape me. Can anyone suggest a way I can sell my weapon and not get screwed.

Private sale or see if a gun shop will sell it on consignment. Remember the gun shop has to make a living also.

GunShow Sales

I have had good luck selling at gun shows...sold Cx4 Storm's in 9mm $650 w/accessories and .45ACP $500 w/ 2 mags...........good luck! ever use GunBroker?

Yeah, I've been looking for a gun show in the area. May have to wait til next month. Looked at Gunbroker, but wanted to try a forum first. Thanks for the input.
