I have loaded cast MBC 230 RN, 200 SWC, and 185 gr SWC with all over 5.0 gr of Unique. I settled on preferring the 185. They shoot soft, feed good, are accurate, and make pretty holes in paper.

You can also shoot any bullet from 200 to 230 Gr over 5.0 Grs of W-231 and it will shoot well. Maybe not Bullseye level well, but better than most of us shoot.
