Winchester Military Ammunition from their plant in Oxford, MS.
 
Thanks, never seen it before. I was worried it might be berden primers. I also found some Perfecta which I've heard bad things about, and some xtreme brass which is probably reloaded.
 
I doubt Winchester has ever used Berdan primers but I could be wrong.

Shine a light into the case, one flash hole in the middle is a Boxer primer, two smaller side by side holes, Bredan primer.

A friend and I have shot probably over 1000 rounds of Perfecta in 38 Special, 357 magnum, 9mm and 45acp and never had any complaints about it. I have reloaded the brass from Perfecta many times and again, have not had a problem at all. Don't know what bad things you heard, but I wish Wal-Mart still carried it since it was 25 to 30 percent cheaper than any other brass cased ammo

It's fired brass so all you have to do is look down inside the case. It's easy to tell which it is. Boxer has one hole centered in the case. Berdan doesn't.
