5.56 in RRA

On the rock river arms website it says the caliber of there gun (elite car a4) is 223/ 5.56. Under the select barrel option the Chrome-Moly and Chrome Lined say 5.56 nato and the stainless steel says .223 Wylde. So if I get the chrome lined, would I be OK to shoot 5.56?

You can shoot 5.56 in both. The Wylde chamber is slightly tighter than the usualy 5.56 chamber for better accuracy, but handles 5.56 pressures easily.
