Gun broker is a great tool but its also easy to list things for whatever you would like to try and get out of them.

Sportsmans guide has 5.7 220$ for 500 rounds

Gunbroker preys on the uninformed. I was a saiga 12 UNCONVERTED with the 12 round mag going for $1100 the other day. They can easily be had for 600.

Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of 5.7x28? I have some subsonic 5.56, it's called .22lr.

Gunbroker is merely a venue for sellers, and in any such venue you will have some people selling for much too high. Doesn't matter if it's the internet as a whole, Gunbroker, a gun show, or the local flea market.

There are plenty of good deals on there to be had too (for example on there right now there's a vendor selling FNP-40's new in box with 5 magazines for $419 shipping included). Sifting through the prices and determining what's worth buying is simply something thats required of an informed consumer, and that applies regardless of where you're shopping.

    You beat me to it.

$3 per bullet is about $2.92 per bullet too high.

It wouldn't be the first time that something was redonkulously overpriced on a firearms auction. I once saw a run-of-the mill K31 listed for a couple Gs and a transferable Boys Anti-tank Rifle for $800,000. I think someone either flubbed a decimal place or was really trolling for the uninformed.

That's just plain sad. And it's not that great of a round anyway. Didn't FN lose P90 customers because of lethality issues?
