i dont see why it would be such a big deal for them to make speedloaders for the 500. not, i may be wrong as i dont and havent owned speedloaders for a long time , but i think the majority of a speedloader is molded plastic isnt it? then the thumbscrew,ect are installed on it. i bet they could make them easly if they wanted to.
i have to comment on the "griz" and "boar" attack thing though...
the 500 has been a proven one shot stop on damn near every animal on earth sofar,and that with 400-500gr bullets
what do you thinks going to happen if you shoot something with one of these 700s?
i dint think a speedloader ( even though i to would like to have 3-4 of them) would be an issue

I bought my S&W 500 the week they were released. I started looking for a speed loader the same day I got my pistol home, and gave up until this morning when I happened to see a post to 5 Star Firearms. I didn't buy my S&W 500 for any practical reason, but more for a show piece.
I have fired my S&W 500 many times, and some of the production shells I’ve run through it have burned hair off my arms. I have managed to empty the cylinder as fast as I can pull the trigger, but the experience is quite brutal one handed. I stand 6’ 3” and dress out at 205 pounds, and I’m a United States Marine Nam Era Veteran who is accustomed to big guns.
I actually bought these speed loaders as a novelty paper weight, but will get another set for several other revolvers I own. If you ever happened to use the S&W 500 Magnum in a defense situation, even if you miss, your target would probably be vaporized by muzzle blast. I can’t imagine needing a speed loader for a second set of shots out of the 500, but their fun just for havin!

I had two, and thought that would last me a lifetime, but after showing one to my buddy Joe while visiting him in Colorado, I ended up coming home with only one....................friends will do that to you.
