586 and a Red Dot Update

Heres my 586 with a Weigand mount and an Ultra Dot L/T. I had this one mounted on a Trailside, but until I get another it will reside on my 586. Thanks to all who gave advice on mounting a red dot to a Smith, specifically a 586. Thanks especially to Joe who patiently answered my questions via PM. AC

I still don't see the Ultra Dot L/T on Larry's Guns site, but I bet they can get it.

Thanks. I am tickeled pink. Can't wait to shoot it. I will be reloading .357 brass to .38 Spl. levels, or a bit more, which is a new one to me, but it will be fun to experiment.

I'll definitely give a progress report.
