6.5 Creedmoor bullets, Sierra 107gr TMK

Just an FYI. My Savage 110 Desert Tactical 6.5 CM does not like Sierra 107gr TMKs. I was trying to find a speedier bullet for long distance coyotes, but am sacrificing accuracy. Best I could do today was 1.75" group at 100 yds. Tried 5 different loads with Varget. I'm shooting .75 groups with 140 gr. Gotta adjust the trigger and try to find some more 140gr bullets.

If you can find any the Lapua Scenar 139 gr bullets are very accurate. I've settled on that as the only thing I shoot in my 6.5 CM anymore.

I've got the 130gr SGK ( the newer HP's version) to shoot very well in my 6.5 CM with Varget. It actually shot better than the H4350 did with the lighter bullet.

Thanks for the tips. I'll look for the Lapua Scenar 139gr. I backordered the 130gr Sierra GKs about 6 months ago, so might get them one of these days. In the meantime, I'll happily give away the 107 gr or trade for a beer.
