i need if someone can help me on this?i have a 6mm-06 i need the info on the lenth of the cartrige,trim neck,and overall bullet lenth.its a 1/12 twist barrel,im using 85gr partitions.im using 2506 cartrige.i have the dies i just need this info so my guy can start doing the loads for me.if someone can help me on this i would greatly appriciated thank you
 
If you have or know someone who has P.O. Ackleys old books, there is data for a 6mm Super Varminter, which is as I remember, simply a necked down '06 case. Good luck.
 
I saw your other post in another thread. Your not giving too much info to safely give advice. Is it a standard 6mm-06 that's just necked from regular 25-06, or is it a sharper shoulder Ackley style version that is fireformed. Can you post any pics of the brass. I'm sure you can understand the confusion.
The 1in12 twist will not handle too much heavier bullets, but should work great with the 85gr Partition.
Just give us more info if possible.
