Has anybody seen, or know of, a company that makes pouches with molle attachment that will work with the Ruger Gunsite Scout magazines?

Those magazines are essentially AI magazines. Searching for AI mag pouches might be more productive.

This was the third link on that search, for instance. No idea about quality, etc, but that should be in the ballpark.

Here: these are 5 round mags, one AI and one Ruger. There are some slight differences, but not enough that a mag pouch will care much. IIRC the 10 round mags are just as close.

Accuracy International. Well respected, well built, expensive British firearm manufacturer. Those mags cost close to $100.

I recently bought from Midway a pouch made by Tactical Tailor (part#657136), $18.40. While designed for a twenty round .308 mag, my Ruger GSR steel mags, Alpha/AI, and Ruger plastic mags all fit inside easily. They were not very snug, so plan on using the cord strap if you go that route.
Also check out the Wilderness for something like that. They have some improved rifle mags, and are very well made. I use a pair of them for Scout mags.
