Has anyone worked up a load for an SKS using Berrys plated 110 grain projectiles?I have 250 of them. Berrys say to keep velocity below 1900 fps. I am thinking about IMR 4198 or Alliante#2400. Anybody have any thoughts? It would be helpful if I could come up with a load that would shoot decent and cycle the action. These loads would be strictly for punching paper.

I have not tried your specific application but AA1680 is a good choice for the x39.

the only data I can fine is for jacketed 110gr
    Allaint shows 16gr of 2400 , at 2115fps but that's for a 110gr SIE HP
    are those Berrys .308 or .311 ?

    Berrys 110 grain

The Berrys are.311 made for the 7.62x39. I bought them before they started making the 123 grain that they have now.
