25 cents a shot for russian surplus is a rip off. You can find better deals elsewhere. Wideners, Aimsurplus, etc.

I think this is the same thing as the Russian "SNIPER" ammo that came in awhile ago?

"sniper" ammo is 7n1. both the 20 round bundels and the tins would be marked ( as close as i can approximate in Latin characters)

    CHANNEPCKNE

with the italic red N's being backwards

off the top of my head, that looks to be it!

i dont have any, nor do i speak/know Russian but i think thats it.

the ammo was standard looking ammo, but iirc it wasn't light ball (147,148 gr), and it wasn't heavy ball(182gr ). it was like, 152 gr

il try to find more on it

hmm i have conflicting reports on weight.

Mosinnagant.net says its 147 steel core light ball
7.62X54r.net says it was 152 gr steel core
