8x72R?

Saw an auction ad in the paper. One of the guns is a Krieghoff 16 ga SBS with a rifle barrel underneath. Rifle chambering is 8x72R. I've never even heard of such a thing. I figure the gun will hit at least 20G, so I'm not rushing out to buy it, but I'm still curious as to that round. Anyone have info on it?
