9.2x39 case dimensions

    Anyone here have the measurements for this "big brother" to the 7.62x39?

    That's the Halo 2 BR55 battle rifle ammo?

    Probably have to ask a video game designer for the fictional case dimensions!

    It's the 9.3x39mm; not 9.2...my bad. It's a sub-sonic round developed by the Soviets for weapons using a suppressor. It's based on the 7.62x39mm case. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/9x39mm

    I have a Soviet example, fired case and bullet. Do you want the measurements, or do you have enough info for now?

    I'm still interested; particularly in neck od and length, shoulder angle, body diameter at the shoulder and case length.

    OK, I'll dig it ot tonight, but keep in mind that it's a fired case.

    cs mth OD 9.79mm
    cs mth ID 9.28mm
    bullet diam 9.11ishmm
    cs lgth 38.43mm
    neck lgth 5.61mm
    diam at shldr 10.69mm
    diam just above shldr 9.86mm
