For me, none of the above.

Never cared for the feel of the Glocks and prefer something capable of a second shot without having to re-rack the slide (ala striker fired). the Beretta aren't really my cup-o-tea either. Like the Glocks they're quality firearms but just never gave me any interest. Guess I just didn't want to be on the bandwagon after they become the gotta-have-cause-the-military-chose-it gun. XD's besides being on of the most hideous guns on the market, they too don't fit me and again have that striker thingy. Always wondered why if these XD's are SO great why all those parising it didn't go for the HS2000 - exact same gun different name on the side...OOOH, forgot it's the NAME that important. ;) CZ...got a 75 (pre-B) and enjoy shooting it. Accurate enough for what I use it for. Just not as enjoyable as a a few other 9mm's I shoot. Those being a couple P7 models and the P9s. Justmy opinions. :)

Beretta 90-2 9mm
Springfield xd 9mm

In my humble opinion, a 9mm is just one silly millimeter short of a practical anti personnel firearm. Even the 40 Short and Weak is a better choice; better yet a 10MM and if that's too esoteric for you then we still have old faithful, .45 ACP.

I voted for the Springfield XD. I feel its the best (for me) out of those options. It seems to have a 1911ish grip angle.

Allow me to repeat my role and bear my cross...

Have you perchance considered a browning hi-power?

<sigh> Its like a bad episode of star trek in which time keeps repeating itself and i do the same thing over and over...

Sorry.

No offense, but you've asked this question already in another post. You really need to go out and do some (hands on) research on your own. "Best" means different things to different people.

I believe that handgun "X" is clearly superior to all the other models listed. However, I wouldn't get it in caliber "Y" because "Z" is infinitely more superior.

I own glock and xd and i prefer the xd for several reasons. I like the metal three dot sights that come factory on the xd. I think the triggers are better, I like the grip angle on the xd, really like the idea of the grip safety. It just feels better to me and fits me and my shooting style. So therefore of course I think it is gonna be the best. The best for me that is. Everyone is differnt and everyone has there own opinions.
